Shipping + Handling

We provide either FedEx or USPS shipping options for all orders and ship from Portland, Oregon. Orders received before 12:00 pm PST are shipped out the same day when possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING RATES + METHODS

UNITED STATES
Free FedEx Ground shipping for all orders over $200.
For all orders under $150:
$12 - Standard: FedEx Ground
$20 - Two Business Days: FedEx 2Day
$30 - Next Business Day: FedEx Standard Overnight
 

INTERNATIONAL
Free USPS Priority Mail International shipping for all orders over $500.
For all orders under $500:
$35 - Canada: USPS Priority Mail International
$50 - Rest of the World: USPS Priority Mail International

Please note that delivery timeframes begin from date of dispatch. For US domestic orders, we use FedEx Ground service, through which customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date of dispatch.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise at checkout. By opting out of the signature requirement, you authorize FedEx to leave your package at the address provided in your order details. Please note, that in the instance your package is either missing or stolen upon delivery, neither FedEx nor Infashuated can be held liable for any reimbursement costs. Please note, we are not able to offer waiver of signatures for any orders with a value greater than or equal to $750 due to FedEx's rules and regulations.

For international orders, we use USPS and customers receive orders within 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Any shipment valued over $500 will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.

TRACKING

Upon completion of your order, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include either a FedEx or USPS tracking number depending on destination address. Please allow 24-hours after  for tracking details to track shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Infashuated uses USPS’ Priority Mail International service for all international deliveries. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties charged by the recipient’s local government are the responsibility of the recipient.

Items will be shipped from Portland, Oregon with an official invoice confirming the exact commodity value in US dollars. Some orders may experience customs delays. If such delays occur, customers should contact their local customs department with questions or concerns.

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.
