Customers have 14 days from date of purchase to make returns for a full refund or exchange (excluding final sale items). If return is made after 14 days, we cannot offer a refund nor exchange. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached and/or in original packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

If you wish to make a return, please fill out and submit the returns form and include it with your return shipment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within seven business days.

Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We hold the right to deny returns or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchanged item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your any exchanged merchandise to reach you may vary.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returned and exchanged items. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Infashuated cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof.
